SAP Payroll Template and Country Rollout

As part of an international payroll transformation, a country-specific SAP-HCM-Payroll template was prepared technically and organizationally. Services included workshops on data and process harmonization, developing a configuration concept, creating a training approach, and conducting training sessions. Additionally, test scenarios and test cases were developed, test results documented, progress reported, and data migration and cutover activities coordinated.
