Project description
For a digital recruiting platform, technical consulting and optimization of a search and ranking landscape were supported. The focus was on analyzers, relevance and scoring parameters, hybrid search approaches, and the integration of vector-based search. Additionally, multilingual NLP components and query understanding mechanisms for different regions were designed and integrated into the retrieval and ranking pipelines.
