Project description
Infrastructure services and IT processes were further developed for an internationally active technology and industrial company. Services ranged from analyzing business requirements to participating in architecture and quality reviews to defining the service strategy and target architecture. The focus was on optimizing data center services and ITIL processes, coordinating global and regional dependencies, information security, and professional collaboration with service owners, business departments, and external partners.
