Our growing team: Diversity, experience, and intercultural competence.
In an increasingly interconnected world, intercultural competence is gaining importance — not just in multinational corporations, but also in the IT and recruiting industries. Our team is continuously growing, uniting individuals from various countries and with diverse professional backgrounds. Each colleague contributes unique experiences, perspectives, and skills, enriching our work and enabling us to respond flexibly and empathetically to the needs of our clients and candidates.
Kseniia lived in Japan for almost three years. There, she learned Japanese, completed a course in Power BI Analytics, and actively participated in cultural events — from traditional tea ceremonies to seasonal festivals. This period not only advanced her professionally but also taught her to quickly adapt to new situations, communicate with cultural sensitivity, and be open to different ways of thinking.
Alina, on the other hand, lived in China for almost four years, working closely with local teams and learning to adapt to entirely new work environments. Her experience in UX/UI Design and international work in Georgia now help her as a recruiter to understand candidates and companies on a deep level and find the right match.
Tetiana has lived in Poland for over three years. Her story is marked by involuntary change: The war in Ukraine forced her to leave her home. She knows precisely how challenging it is to find one's way in a new country, navigate bureaucratic systems, and simultaneously maintain a sense of normalcy. These personal experiences enable her to build particularly trusting and meaningful relationships with people who have also relocated.
What connects all these stories is the realization: Our world has become smaller. Digital collaboration, remote work, and international projects create opportunities that were unimaginable only a few years ago. At the same time, this requires continuous practice and training to truly embody intercultural competence. Sensitivity, empathy, and openness are not a given — they must be practiced, day by day, in contact with colleagues and partners from around the world.
Our growing team mirrors this development. We learn from each other, support each other, and together shape a work environment where differences do not divide but connect.
Because in the end, it consistently shows: Those who are open, communicate empathetically, and are willing to embrace new things can optimally leverage the opportunities of an interconnected world — for themselves, for the team, and for the people we bring together.
